Multiplying the Prayer
October 23, 2007 I walked into church on Saturday afternoon and saw these signs up and down the halls. As I paused and was wondering what the heck this 
meant, I remembered — PRAYER. We were 75 days, and therefore; 1800 hours way from the Grand Opening of our new sanctuary. All these signs pointed to specific hours that we are calling people to pray. As I write this, it is hour number 1406 and someone at Hope is praying for God to work in the life of this church. Part of the application of Craig’s sermon was to challenge people to pray and to specifically fill out an insert stating what hours they would pray between now and December 21st. That is when we have our first service in the new sanctuary. You can check out the online version of the insert here.
We have really been experiencing some spiritual warfare around here the last few weeks — people acting crazier than normal — the company who was to provide our seats for the sanctuary went bankrupt and left us scrambling — etc… So, Craig has called us all to prayer.
If you think about it, pray for us as we enter this exciting and challenging time.
